Our accommodation comprises of two self catering apartments on the first floor, both completely self contained yet part of the main farmhouse. Each apartment is accessed by a flight of external steps. Both enjoy views of the surrounding countryside and are fully equipped for up to four persons. Background heating is provided during early and late breaks.
Meadow View
Is approached from a flight of stone steps leading into a small hallway. The lounge area has a stone fireplace with electric fire, comfortable leather suite, dining table and chairs, flat screen television and DVD player. The kitchen has a full sized electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and storage units.
The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, dressing table, fitted wardrobe and an airing cupboard. Adjoining is the second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, drawer space, and a vanity unit. The bathroom consists of a bath with electric shower, WC, washbasin and shaver point.

Valley View
Is approached from a flight of stone steps leading into the conservatory/dining area with views of river estuary. The open plan lounge and kitchen areas is fitted with a full size electric cooker, fridge and microwave together with a comfortable leather suite and television with DVD player.
The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, storage units and fitted wardrobe. A shower unit is situated within the bedroom area and adjoining is a WC with wash basin. Leading from the main bedroom is the second bedroom fitted with sturdy bunk beds, fitted wardrobe, and a vanity unit. Both bedrooms have views of the river and hills beyond.

Continental quilts and pillows are provided together with bed linen, towels and tea towels. Electricity is by a £1 coin meter. There is ample parking for vehicles, and a boat or trailer can be accommodated for if required. There is a patio area with tables for visitors use. Cots and high chairs are available, free of charge, if required. A washing mahcine is also available for guests.
Bookings are typically Friday to Friday but out of season short breaks are available by arrangement.
